Japanese-American, What?!
I’m Japanese. 100%. That makes my grandparents Japanese. Time for a history lesson. When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, the US decided to keep a closer eye on the Japanese living on the west coast (yes, yes, horribly simplified). Happy Halloween!
Are you dressing up? I’m on travel for work, so sadly the costume did not make the trip. I dressed up as a football player….jersey+workout pants+black face paint. Not my most creative moment, but I felt like I should at least try and be festive for the pumpkin carving party we attended. There was carving.
