I got an email from Laura – my partner in crime this past Sunday. She had received an email for our race photos. Every race I’ve ever been in has had race photos.  And they are always super lame.  I sort of stopped looking.  But the text of her email was something like, “I’m DYING

I don’t know about you, but my allergies are kicking my butt! It’s so bad I’m debating about using my neti pot. What’s a neti pot?  It’s possibly the weirdest invention ever. It looks like a tea pot.  You fill it with luke warm saline (salt water) and then stick one end into your nose.
