They start out by giving everyone plastic tumblers and paper plates. Then you walk around the room, grabbing all the yummy food and drinks.
Here’s a chef prepping his ceviche, handed out on little individual spoons.
Poke. It’s a Hawaiian dish made with raw fish, we ate sooo much of this. It was super good.
The event was held at the top of the Metreon in SF. Here’s a view from the outdoor terrace. Awesome.
