tried to teach Mochi the name of his ball.  BALL.

He sort of knows that BALL = toy/ball

I grabbed a treat and said BALL.

He responded by sitting, laying down, dancing and trying to give me a high five.  I even threw his ball and he still zoned in on the treat.

Finally after a few failed attempts, he grabbed his ball.  As soon as I showed him the treat, he dropped the ball, grabbed his treat and hid under Nick’s desk.  That’s where he takes his treat.  We think it’s because he is trying to keep us from taking it back.  He forgets that we are 6-10 times his size.
