I got a lovely case of stomach flu/food poisoning/something horrible in my stomach while in China. It lingered longer than I would have liked, so I was eating nothing but crackers and bread for about a week.
One of the things I tried, was a green-egg-salad sandwich! Not too shabby (although I’d save it for after the stomach bug next time).
Half and avocado mashed + 2 hard boiled eggs
I had some french bread that I toasted and ate as an open face sandwich. Delicious!


That looks really good, and healthy. I’m going to have to try that!
