But that’s neither here nor there.
I learned something interesting from my sis this past week. I have this horrible tendency to overeat. To the point of nausea. It’s a problem. I did this on Christmas. But my sister told me to do Child’s Pose – from yoga. I did it for about 30 seconds and I was a new person! I had room for dessert! Try it.
