Roasted Corn

It’s BBQ time!  This is my new favorite way to eat corn.  It’s messy, but oh.so.good!

Peel the leaves and silk from your corn (I prefer white to yellow…hahaha, get it?)

and use that to spray the olive on the corn, but you can just pour some on your hand and rub it around if you don’t have a spray bottle.

Then sprinkle with pepper, kosher salt and a little garlic powder.  Grill until golden, and maybe even a little burnt.  Up to you.
