night Nick and I were eating corn on the cob, among other things.

2 things.

1.  We eat corn differently.  I eat it like a typewriter (and how I assumed everyone else did).  Nick eats a ring of corn at a time i.e. starts on the left, rotates the corn 360 degrees and then moves one spot to the right and repeats.  Get it?  Blew my mind.  But hey, even after 12+ years, we’re still finding this stuff out.

2.  We started talking about our corn preferences.  Nick had picked up both white and yellow corn.  I prefer white, he prefers yellow.  Then we had a nice little laugh about that.  Anyone?

Happy Friday!

I prefer the white and eat it typewriter style so he didn’t get this from me! Altho Steve likes the yellow best he says “no one does that” about eating corn around in a circle. That Nick, he’s an original!

I also eat it like a ring and bite with my top teeth. Nick eats it typwriter style, but he pulls with his bottom teeth so the entire kernel comes out. It is fascinating to see the leftover cob after – wiped clean!
