Suburban Ghetto

We live in the suburban ghetto.  No really.

Let’s make a list.

1.  Neighbor that has an “eviction” notice and a “not fit for inhabitants” notice on his door

2.  Neighbor that has couch on porch

3.  Neighbor that lets dog pee on porch – we share the same drain

4.  Neighbor builds a quarter pipe in his garage.  Said garage backs up to our kitchen.  Nuts.

5.  Neighbor takes a shower at the pool instead of in his own home – pretty sure they don’t have a water heater.

6.  Nick’s back window of his car getting smashed in

7.  And most recently – Nick’s plates getting stolen – including his UW Alumni license plate frame.  Stace thinks it was a coug!  j/k – at least leave behind the license plate frame!

Lots of these things wouldn’t seem nearly as weird in the city

1.  Eviction notice – probably happens more often in apartments and things like that

2.  Couch on the porch – maybe not

3.  Dog pee on the porch – dog pee on the sidewalk.

4.  Quarter pipe in the garage – traffic on the street – it’s all noise

5.  Neighbor showering at the pool – kinda like taking your clothes to a laundromat?

6.  Back window getting smashed – way more angry drunks wondering the streets of SF

7.  Stolen plates – have you heard of Oakland?

I jest, our place isn’t all that bad.  But Nick’s poor car has really taken a beating!
